Cancellation Policy

  • A lesson can be cancelled more than 12 hours before the lesson is scheduled to begin without charge. If a lesson is cancelled less than 12 hours before it is scheduled to begin, it is considered purchased, bought and paid for. This is non-negotiable.
  • In the event of uncontrollable and/or unforseen internet or computer problems which make the class impossible to complete, billing remains at the discretion of ESL Concepts. Usually, if the student has a problem connecting with the teacher, the class is considered a late cancellation and is therefore bought and paid for. However, if the teacher cannot connect with the student, the lesson is usually rescheduled at no cost to the student. If the problems occur mid-lesson, billing remains the discretion of ESL Concepts.   

Refunds:

  • If a client asks for a refund, we will happily comply. However, please understand that a certain percentage of the client's payment is taken by Paypal at the time of the initial purchase and ESL Concepts has no means of returning any of these Paypal fees. Therefore, the term "100% refund" does not include any Paypal fees or charges and ESL Concepts can only promise to return %100 of the funds in the ESL Concepts paypal account.


Payment information

  • All payments are handled through paypal using their fees and exchange rates.
  • ESL Concepts does not have access to our client's financial information in any way.
  • Prices listed on the website are negotiable and subject to change without warning.
